At our salon, your satisfaction is our top priority. Please review our service policy below:
🔸 10-Day Guarantee
We’re happy to repair any lifting, chipping, cracking, or breakage within 10 days of your original service.
Please note: This guarantee does not apply to regular polish or shellac color change services
🔸 Color Selection
Customers are responsible for choosing their nail color.
If you wish to change the color after application is complete, an additional fee will apply.
🔸 Can’t Return Within 10 Days?
If you're unable to visit the salon within the 10-day window, please give us a call so we can make note and work with you on a solution.
📝 General Policies
– For your safety, kindly inform our staff of any health conditions (e.g. high blood pressure, recent surgery, joint injuries, pregnancy, diabetes, etc.) that may affect your service.
– If you are more than 10 minutes late, your spot may be given to the next guest. You may wait for the next available technician.We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
– Prices and services are subject to change without notice.
– We are not responsible for any lost or stolen personal items.
